Dr. Miloš Karajović is one of the directors of Nexia Star and has more than 19 years of professional experience
experience in auditing, finance and tax consulting.
He is a doctor of economic and legal sciences, authorized auditor and authorized internal auditor, with rich
experience in the audit of companies from various activities. During his career he acquired
significant experience in the areas of accounting and controlling within international groups
legal entities, which enables him to have a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting,
business processes and regulatory framework.
Within Nexia Star provides a wide range of financial and tax advisory services,
including valuations, due diligence engagements and preparation of transfer studies
prices. His approach to work is based on understanding the client's business and delivering
practical, sustainable and regulatory compliant solutions.
He is actively engaged in the field of education and scientific research. As a PKS lecturer
Academy participates in workshops and seminars in the field of taxation, is the author of a significant number of professional and scientific works published in domestic and international scientific and
commercial magazines and is the creator of various internal and external workshops in the field
accounting, auditing and taxation.
In addition to the above, he was engaged as a local expert in the cases brought before
international arbitrations, where he provides professional support in complex financial and
